Zip Kombucha is an organic craft kombucha brewery in Anchorage, Alaska. Jessie Janes founded Zip Kombucha in in the back of a church in East Anchorage, brewing 90-gallon batches by hand. In , Zip moved to a dedicated facility to keep up with growing demand. Today, Zip Kombucha reaches customers all over Alaska — from neighborhood shops in Midtown, Spenard, and Eagle River to major retailers like Costco, Fred Meyer, Carrs, and Walmart.
